He collected about 8,000 glass bottles over a ten-year period from a variety of locations, including eateries, streets, garbage cans, and even municipal landfills. And the outcome? Thanks to the incredible qualities of the glass walls, this unusual home is constantly warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Vladimir had always envisioned creating a remarkable home that was not only cozy but also intriguing and one-of-a-kind.
But it took a great deal of perseverance and diligence to make his dream a reality. He worked for ten years to realize his ambition, and now his handiwork inspires everyone who sees it.
The primary component of the building? Eight thousand bottles of champagne! Gathering these bottles turned into a journey in and of themselves.
Vladimir meticulously gathered them from a variety of locations, including eateries, streets, garbage cans, and even public landfills.
He was very picky about glass quality, preferring bottles made by regional manufacturers renowned for their strength and thickness.
He was able to construct an amazing home on his property, complete with a spacious balcony and a tidy annex, after years of diligent labor.
The structure is sturdy and robust even though the materials appear to be fragile. Vladimir guarantees that his glass walls are resistant to abrupt temperature fluctuations and severe impacts.
The inner environment, however, is the most unexpected feature. The house maintains a comfortable warmth in the winter and stays cool like a cellar in the summer.
The air remains fresh and the plants on the window sills do not freeze even in the absence of heating. It appears that the glass walls’ distinctive structure contributes to the temperature’s inherent management.
Today, Vladimir relishes the comfort and the admiring gaze of guests as he spends time in his magnificent glass home.
