12-Year-Old Ventriloquist Darci Lynne and Her Bunny Puppet Win the Golden Buzzer

Darci Lynne Farmer and her bunny puppet Petunia on America's Got Talent

Darci Lynne Farmer was only 12 when she walked onto the America’s Got Talent stage in 2017, and she did not come alone. In her arms was Petunia, a shy bunny puppet in a pink tutu, and the little rabbit quickly started doing the talking.

Darci told the judges that performing on the show was one of her big dreams. She also wanted to help keep ventriloquism alive, because it is not something people see very often anymore.

Then the music started and Petunia began to sing 🎶. Darci kept her lips still while the bunny delivered every note, and the audience could not stop cheering at the funny little character in front of them.

The judges loved every second. One of them said the puppet was just like Darci, charming and adorable, and another said she was brilliant and had made their heart melt. Then Mel B hit her Golden Buzzer and sent Darci and Petunia straight to the live shows ❤️.
