Woman says she won case for being born without consent

Kass Theaz, who claimed to have sued her parents for giving birth to her without their consent, appeared just when you thought you had seen everything on TikTok. Theaz’s viral video claims that in addition to suing her parents, she was granted $5,000 per month in “involuntary life support” payments.

Kass Theaz is a satirical content creator from New Jersey who takes extreme “woke” reasoning to comically ridiculous lengths in order to make fun of it.

She said in a 2023 TikTok video that she had filed a lawsuit against her parents for giving birth to her against her will.

“I had no idea that I would need to mature, find employment, and provide for myself. That was not my consent. Before I was born, they made no effort to get in touch with me to find out whether I genuinely wanted to be here, Theaz stated in her video. “If you are currently pregnant, you should go see a psychic medium and find out if they truly want to be here.”

The seeming woke fighter continues, “If not, they will sue you because I’ve made it my life’s work to teach kids how to sue their parents so they don’t have to work.”

“Ethical” parenting

The mother of three who lives in Hoboken justified her parenting style by stating that she adopted and gave birth to her children in the “ethical way.”

She began the video, which has received 8.3 million views since it was uploaded in May 2023, by saying, “I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission.”

“When you adopt, it’s different because their presence isn’t my responsibility. I’m merely attempting to assist them and be a decent person. Do you understand what I mean?

Many TikTok users fell for the ruse, and the comments area was flooded with responses ranging from slow claps of mocking admiration to disbelief.

One shocked internet user comments, “What happens if they sue you for adopting them because you selected yourself and they DIDNT get to choose YOU?

“It’s unbelievable that your parents would do that!” quips another. I knew what was going to happen because I was contacted at seven months.

A third person writes, “My baby has told me they’re so excited to pop out,” indicating that she is pregnant.

“Allorance” each month

“I hope the court rules in your favor and agrees you should never have been born and gets to work on undoing that,” Theaz stated without missing a beat in response to a follower’s comment.

In her subsequent video, the woman asserted that the court had indeed decided in her favor, giving her a $5,000 monthly allowance, provided by her parents, to cover “basic needs” such as clothing, food, and housing.

“And then it’s just like extra spending money for me, whatever I want to work for, if I ever decide to work, which I won’t. But basically, because they didn’t ask for my consent before having me, they’re in charge of my life for the rest of it,” the influencer said.

In the brief time that followed, a number of media sites took up her story, but they were unable to comprehend her intention to “satire,” a caution that is mentioned in her TikTok profile.

The woman told the NY Post, “I felt it was clear that I was kidding.”

But I do think it’s funny. Anything can make people angry. It demonstrates how little people think before behaving.

“Trans-species” son

In yet another humorous video, the satirist bemoans the fact that she is “ashamed” of her reaction when her son came out as a cat on her TikTok, which has 8.6 million likes.

As she described the difficulties she had in litter-box training her son, who “identifies as a cat,” she joked, “I feel so much mom guilt for never taking him seriously when he was trying to be vulnerable with me and come out to me as trans-species.”

Later, we find the influencer advocating for a “trans-species child tax credit.”

Kass Theaz is incredibly convincing and never smiles; her perfect satirical delivery is worthy of an Oscar!
