Young mom blessed with quadruplets only weeks after adopting 4 foster childrenn.

One of the biggest and most anticipated joys for many couples is welcoming a child into the world. When Maxine and Jake Young experienced infertility, their long-held goal of starting a big family became a challenge. They never thought that their lives would change in ways they could not have predicted in a matter of weeks.

In May 2016, Maxine and Jake were eager to have a family and got married in Pennsylvania. Adoption was a sensible choice for Maxine because, although she desired biological children, she also felt deeply about providing a home and a family to underprivileged youngsters.

According to Jacob’s mother, Arlette Young, who set up a GoFundMe campaign to support the family, “Jacob was completely supportive and loved the idea of filling their home with love, laughter, and a little chaos!”…

In February 2017, a few months after their marriage, Maxine and Jake started their foster care training. By June 2017, they were authorized to begin their placements after finishing the required training and other procedures.

A family was needed for four siblings.

They were contacted in July 2017 regarding four siblings: their newborn sister, who was still in the hospital, and three children, ages four, two, and eleven months. They were welcomed by the couple, who were prepared to do so.

The trip wasn’t simple. Each child faced unique obstacles, such as overcoming trauma, receiving a diagnosis of autism, and other difficulties that Jacob’s mother also experienced.

Although it wasn’t an easy trip, Maxine and Jake continued to pursue their goal of having biological children. Maxine experienced multiple chemical pregnancies and miscarriages. They had IUI and IVF procedures.

Henry, their son, was born in October 2018 after great hardship.

The family believed that they were whole.

Maxine became aware of something going on in her body shortly after their adoption was finalized—she was pregnant once more!

After requiring IVF and IUI to conceive Henry, I never imagined that I might become pregnant naturally. “Oh my God,” I remember texting [my husband],” Maxine remembers.

The couple was ecstatic and taken aback, but they were unaware that a greater surprise was on the horizon.

I noticed a shift in her face when the doctor started the scan. It became evident that there were three nearly equal-sized pregnancy sacs with fetal poles and yolk sacs. “Well, it looks like three babies are growing in there,” she added, glancing at me. In utter disbelief, I chuckled awkwardly. They were precisely six weeks along, Maxine said on Instagram when I asked if everything appeared normal.

Maxine was expecting quadruplets, not just triplets.

Maxine gave birth to four gorgeous babies, each weighing three to four pounds, on July 31 at 32 weeks pregnant. They gave them the names Cecilia Hudson, Beck Killian, Theo Alexander, and Silas Ledger.

It was an incredible experience to meet them. The hardships of the previous few months vanished. The discomfort and anxiety were inconsequential. Everything we had gone through was worthwhile at the time, Maxine commented on Facebook.

“We’re really appreciative, and they’re all doing great,” Maxine continued.

The most crucial thing that will help this courageous and devoted mother and her incredible family overcome all of the obstacles they confront is their love for each other and their nine children.
