He Walked Onto BGT as Beyoncé… And Had the Entire Audience Dancing

Aaron Carty didn’t come to Britain’s Got Talent simply to imitate a pop superstar. The former police officer had developed a Beyoncé alter ego and decided to bring that side of himself to one of the biggest stages in Britain.

Once the music started, Aaron completely committed to the performance. Wearing a sequined outfit and heels, he delivered a high-energy medley featuring Beyoncé hits including “Crazy in Love” and “Single Ladies.”

The performance was more than just choreography. Aaron brought confidence, attitude, dramatic movement, and an obvious love for entertaining. Alesha Dixon was so impressed that she got up and danced along, while David Walliams praised his transformation and stage presence.

What made the audition especially memorable was how fearlessly Aaron embraced something that had once been a secret part of his identity. He wasn’t trying to hide from the spotlight—he was stepping directly into it.

And for a few minutes, the BGT stage belonged completely to Beyoncé… or rather, Aaron’s unforgettable version of her.
