According to the ICE agent, he acted in self-defense. The statement said, “Alex is obviously not carrying a gun when attacked by Trump’s murderous and cowardly ICE thugs.” As he tries to shield the woman ICE just shoved down while getting pepper-sprayed, he holds his phone in his right hand and raises his empty left hand above his head. About two weeks ago, Michael told AP, “We had this conversation with him, so go ahead and protest, but don’t engage, don’t do anything stupid, basically.” “And he stated that he was aware of that.”

Alex Pretti’s father went on, “He was very upset with what was happening in Minneapolis and throughout the United States with ICE, as millions of other people are upset.
