People didn’t even think twice when they were trying to purchase this large ruin, but when residents Jim and Jean Leaman intervened, everything changed.
The retired couple bought the dilapidated house because they loved its historic architecture and seen its state deteriorate over the years.They were able to transform the ruin into a wonderful location that we can all call home after five years of diligent work on the house.The change is nearly unbelievable!
