Over the years, I’ve witnessed my share of bizarre body makeovers, including folks who have a lot of tattoos or who lose a lot of weight.
However, the question remains: might Michel “Diabão” Praddo win the title for the most outrageous transformation and be the greatest body modification enthusiast?
Having seen his before photos, I am prepared to state that it is accurate.
Implants for the horn
One of the most severely altered individuals on the earth is Michel Faro do Prado, a Brazilian who goes by the nickname “Diabão” (Big Devil). His identity is heavily shaped by his physical alterations, and he isn’t afraid to share his dark side with his 300,000 Instagram followers.
He became well-known a few years ago after he began sharing photos of himself online. People referred to him as “the human Satan,” and they were shocked to see what he had truly done to his physique.
Approximately 85% of Diabão’s body is thought to be covered in tattoos. He has also had the outer parts of his ears removed and received horn implants. To complete his devil-like appearance, he also altered his teeth.
São Paulo native Michel said in 2020 that he has a high pain threshold and isn’t put off by the thought of going through even more suffering to get his dream “devil” body.
According to the New York Post, he stated that he “suffers a lot more” following the treatments than during them, saying, “The truth is that there are changes that would be almost impossible to be done without anesthesia.”

The Devil in Human Form
The moniker “the human Satan” may seem a little unnerving to most of us; it’s definitely not something I’d want to be called. However, Michel doesn’t like his nickname. He declares, “I think the real image of the ‘devil’ is beautiful.”

“If it is a work of fiction that the Devil resembles me more, then in my heart I prefer God and doing good because he did not inhabit any beauty.”
Michel seems to always want more modifications, despite the fact that he has completely changed his body. He certainly doesn’t appear to have any immediate plans to cease altering his body. Transdermal implants, silicone implants, scarification, and the removal of the nose, ears, navel, and nipples are among Praddo’s primary body changes.
Additional changes include liposuction, an abdominoplasty, a chrome dental implant, a split mouth, a forked and tattooed tongue, and liposuction.

He recently stunned his fans by admitting that he would amputate his ring and pinky fingers in order to turn them into claws.
Mirror claims that he has had more than 60 body-modifying operations and that he currently holds the Guinness World Record for having the most “horns” on his head. There has been a lot of response to this.

According to Michel, his wife Carol has been instrumental in helping him mold his appearance, which he sees as a reflection of his own path. They own their own tattoo parlor and have a son. Carol is also well-known for her significant physical alterations, which have led to the press referring to her as “Mulher Demonia” (Demon Woman).
Originally from Santos
Michel was born on the São Paulo coast at Santos. He revealed that he joined the hippie movement and started touring Brazil in his youth in the 1990s. That’s when I got my first tattoo. My right arm had a “tribal” design, he revealed.
A few years later, he made the decision to move to Praia Grande.
Prior to meeting Carol Praddo, Michel was married to another woman and had two kids. “Before that, it was very difficult to make a living from tattooing,” he says of his transition to a professional tattoo artist in the mid-2000s.
He was already well-known in his city and in his line of work when he fell in love with Carol Praddo, the “Demon Woman.” Having been together for 15 years, the couple has a strong interest in body alteration. But when they first started dating, his partner wasn’t on board with the concept.
According to Michel, his appearance is a reflection of his changing identity and goes beyond simple physical changes. These changes, in his opinion, represent the inner freedom that enables him to defy social conventions and expectations. He constantly pushes limits and defies set standards since he sees his appearance as a means of manifesting who he really is.
How Diabão used to look
He periodically shares images of his previous appearance on Instagram, which has caused many people to wonder about his dramatic alterations.”How someone can alter their body to this degree is beyond me. You can’t go back. You will still have disfigurement and scarring if you attempt to correct this. One commenter said, “You will have to live with this for the rest of your life and you will never look like your old self again.”
On the other hand, some people applaud him and agree with his choices.
“The goal is to look different from how you used to look. Another person wrote: “People who do this many mods are trying to become as different from how they looked as possible, so they feel relief the more different they look.”
“I also wouldn’t do this to this extent because, while I generally like my appearance now, that hasn’t always been the case, and I can understand and put myself in someone else’s shoes in this situation.”
