Carley Shimkus, a FOX News star, has revealed her daily ritual before going on the air.

The mother and novelist is most recognized for entertaining audiences on Fox & Friends First, a popular morning TV program that she co-hosts with Todd Piro.

Fox and Friends Shimkus, 37, disclosed that her alarm clock wakes her up at 1:15 am EST, and the show premieres at 5 am EST.

According to the Daily Mail, Shimkus, a coffee lover, expressed her excitement about waking up and sipping the caffeinated beverage before bed.

She informed the publication that since the birth of their son, Brock, in February, the presenter and her husband, Peter Buchignani, had seen changes in him.

 

 

“He’s changed so much, even when I look at photos of him from four months ago,” she remarked.

Shimkus posted a number of adorable family photos of themselves being photographed with Santa on her Instagram feed.

“Santa was not a hit, but he recovered quickly and is definitely still on the nice list,” she wrote as the caption for the montage.

In one picture, Brock was sitting on Santa’s lap, crying as he read a story called “My First Night Before Christmas.”

Brock appeared interested in the other photos.

In a sweet photo, Brock was wearing a red Santa hat.

Fans responded to other heartwarming photos by saying Shimkus was “blessed,” while some claimed Brock made her smile.

“Like you, your baby is gorgeous. For years, I have loved watching you on Fox! One fan said, “Merry Christmas to you and yours.”

“He just gets cuter and cuter and looks like his mom,” someone else commented.

Only a few weeks after Brock’s birth, Shimkus talked candidly about parenting in a podcast episode hosted by Janice Dean.

She disclosed that Brock was pursuing a political education and called the early phases of parenting a wild journey.

The cookbook Cooking with Friends: Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, which was released by Fox News Books, was written by the TV personality.

Dozens of dishes from their favorite Fox News personalities are included in the book.

Shimkus previously told The U.S. Sun that when she watched Fox & Friends in high school, she was drawn to the cooking section.

After the program, Shimkus also disclosed that she enjoys eating the leftover food.

She remarked, “Janice and I are definitely big eaters.”

Shimkus, who earned a degree in broadcast journalism, expressed her appreciation for the humorous and enjoyable elements that the cooking portions provide to the program.In 2009, the TV host began working for Fox News as a production assistant on Fox Business Network.
