Young Girl With ‘I Beat Cancer’ Sign Pushed Down Stairs By Drunk NFL Fans.

You should absolutely think about going to a football game if you haven’t already! The atmosphere in the stands is so lively and difficult to ignore, regardless of whether you’re a major NFL fan or not.

At an NFL game, things can occasionally get a little crazy. People frequently have so much fun that they may start to bother other people, especially if they’ve had a little too much to drink.

Mia DeCamilla is all too familiar with this. The young child and her parents were watching the Bills play the San Francisco 49ers in a football game.

Mia is a courageous survivor of the malignancy known as embryonal sarcoma. She was holding a sign that said, “I BEAT CANCER!” with pride as she celebrated the occasion. MY FIRST GAME IN THE NFL! Unfortunately, she was unintentionally knocked down the steps by a mob of drunken Bills supporters.

“Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than we intended,” her mother Mikey wrote on Facebook. Yes, the Niners are losing, but our eight-year-old daughter, Warrior Mia DeCamilla, fell down the stairs in section 312 after a drunk Bills fan decided it was acceptable to push past my husband and myself, so we had to call the police!

“Please unfollow our family right away if you act in this manner and think of yourself as a Bills Mafia supporter! I hope the idiot who found it amusing to shove a child who was holding a placard that said she had no cancer outside feels that it was worth it for your victory!

The post quickly went viral, and it’s understandable why given how tragic the circumstances were.

Also receiving more attention was Mia’s prior GoFundMe campaign, which her family started to help her fight cancer. Since its inception in 2022, it has raised more than $38,000.

Mia was diagnosed with childhood undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver in mid-January 2022. Prior to her surgery, she received chemotherapy for four months. Mia underwent a drawn-out 12-hour procedure on May 23, 2022, to have a portion of her liver removed. She had eight weeks of chemotherapy after the surgery, and on July 25th, she celebrated her remission.

I am requesting any donations, which would be highly appreciated, in order to lessen the financial strain on the family and make everyday necessities like food, fuel, bills, and the mortgage a little easier.

All of us support you. Mia DeCamilla, warrior.Little one, keep shining bright. #awareness of childhood cancer

Our thoughts and prayers are with this courageous young girl and the difficulties she has encountered. We genuinely wish her family the fortitude and resiliency to get through this difficult moment.
